I want to say a massive thankyou to Gerald and his team for the very smooth purchase and delivery of my Mum and Dad's new car. It is the first time they have needed a mobility car and were apprehensive transferring from a normal car. Gerald was very helpful over the phone and organized the smooth delivery of the vehicle from Portsmouth to Cambridgeshire. My Dad is very pleased with his new car and it means he can still take my mum out and about in her wheelchair, hopefully meaning a few more years of independence. A great company and Service. Spoke with these previously, Rude staff and calling my wife your darling is not professional although according to their response it forms part of a high level of professionalism! My opinion is that the overall 5 star review is because they get them removed by \u201cpersuasion\u201d, there isn\u2019t a company on the planet that can please everyone, let alone a car dealer that acts how they do. Now they question the validity of the review, probably because it isn\u2019t 5 stars. Wouldn\u2019t believe everything you read.
We bought our Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle from Gerald at WavMob last December. The process from initial enquiry call to the delivery of the car was slick, impressive and professional. The price was very competitive, the vehicle was immaculate, the part exchange price was very fair and all the paperwork was prepared accurately. We thought it would be very difficult for any motor dealer to beat that service, but we were wrong. The aftercare service we have just received from Gerald and the team has knocked if out of the park. I phoned really only expecting to get a local recommendation for a loose connection. But without hesitation Gerald told me to bring the car in and had a replacement vehicle waiting for us to borrow so they could sort it out for us. We were so impressed, then when they had resolved the issue they even returned the vehicle back to her our house. Thank yo all so very much, we are very grateful and would never hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.
First met Gez on the 11th of August without an appointment but he couldn\u2019t have made us more welcome if he tried he offered tea/coffee pointed out the toilets (clean & disabled friendly) he popped off site to retrieve the car I had come to look at upon his return he said here\u2019s the key take it for a drive have a good look around it we did but I had to tell him that as nice as the car was I wasn\u2019t really in a position to buy I just wanted to have a look again no pressure you know where we are he said well long story short we went down again choose a car did the paperwork by the time I got home I changed my mind but I chose a vw from their website then a day later changed my mind again for a transit custom which I did bring home on September 20th by the time I had driven it home I was in agony contact Gez again asking can I swap again once again Gez didn\u2019t get the hump just said leave it with me well today Saturday 27th September I\u2019ve just got home with my 4th vehicle and very happy a ma too these guys are fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them both times I received a full tank of fuel an MOT unfortunately I had to pay the road tax on this one my punishment I guess lol seriously go see them you won\u2019t be disappointed
Purchased 2nd hand Seat Ibiza which developed a very intermittent fault during warranty Without delay car taken in for investigation and advised it would be best dealt with by VW/Seat specialist This was promptly arranged , whereupon a faulty part was identified and changed All hassle free and resolved within a couple of days, 10/10 for post-sales support Big thank you to Allan Sargent and Tim Hallett for the support
I was a bit stressed about the process of buying a car and I shouldn\u2019t have been because the people here were so lovely at guiding me through it from the initial email through telephone calls selection of my car and then organising sending the car all the way from Portsmouth to Edinburgh it was all very easy lovely people trustworthy professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. I\u2019m so delighted with my car. Thank you to the team.
