Sold us an Audi which had 4 faults and the sales guy was let go or left just after he sold it. We dealt with a Mr. Neil Scutts who was non responsive for weeks until we escalated and then he just played the corporate game and was utterly useless to resolve the real faults and problems .I warn anyone thinking they are buying a premium car to really check before giving them moneyโฆ I still have this car and it still has serious issues and faults. Overall the worst car buying experience in 25 years and Audi should audit these types of dealers to ensure that they are doing the right service before selling an expensive car! Shocking
Just wanted to say thank you to the brilliant team at Porsche Wilmslow. Iโve had the pleasure of working with them twice now and each time has been a real pleasure. On Friday I was invited to a drive out day in Cheshire and it was so well put together. The team there are great, special mention to Sienna, Isla, Harry, Alfie and Caoimhe. Theyโre all so welcoming and professional and their product knowledge is second to none. Look forward to seeing you all again soon!
Attempted to purchase a Vehicle from this dealership, with Darren Wheeler, found it through Approved used website, contacted them, hard work to deal with, eventually arrived at the stage were we could purchase it, left a deposit of ยฃ500, to be contacted the following day, to be advised Anthony Hudson, that someone else had put a deposit down moments previously, advised, they would attempt to locate a different vehicle, we heard nothing since, after numerous calls. We have requested the ยฃ500 deposit back via telephone call, a gent by the name of Max, assured us, he's spoken with Anthony and the deposit had already actioned and we would receive this within 5 days, I have since emailed them 13th May to officially request our deposit back to be completely ignored, and I emailed 5 different address, so I now have to place them in small claims for my return of our money. SO MY ADVICE, STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!
I bought a Jaguar F type coupe from Stratstone Jaguar Wolverhampton and at each stage of the buying process from initial contact to collection every person I dealt with at the dealership was professional, attentive and polite, not least the lead Salesperson, Jordan Marshall. I would happily have awarded 5 stars were it not for the fact that I was led to believe the vehicle was a one owner car (it was advertised as such) but have subsequently discovered that it was in fact a two owner vehicle. Whilst this has been explained it has tarnished what was otherwise a faultless experience.
This version makes that point much stronger and clearer. I collected my Audi SQ6 e-tron from Audi Tamworth in March 2026 through a business lease, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Before purchase, everything was excellent โ responsive communication, friendliness, promises, professionalism, and the typical premium Audi experience. I travelled all the way to Tamworth because I was genuinely impressed and allured by the initial charm and customer service shown before the deal was completed. However, the moment issues were raised with the vehicle, everything changed. The car was delivered with visible paint defects and clear-coat etching across multiple panels on what was supposed to be a brand-new premium vehicle. I raised the concerns immediately and expected the dealership to support the customer and take ownership professionally. Instead, the experience became defensive, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating. I dealt with Lydia from sales, Sales Manager Satpal, and Business Head Carl Connolly. Sadly, once the sale was completed and issues were reported, communication eventually stopped altogether and none of them showed any real courtesy, empathy, or support. After all the promises and friendliness beforehand, being completely ignored afterwards was extremely disappointing. At one stage I was effectively told that the paint condition was โnormalโ or environmental, despite the defects being visible across multiple panels on a nearly new car. Rather than trying to resolve the matter properly, the impression I got was that the dealership simply wanted to minimise responsibility and move on. The whole experience felt like: * Excellent treatment before purchase * Silence once problems were raised * No accountability * No genuine customer care * No premium aftersales experience whatsoever For an Audi dealership, this was honestly shocking. I expected far better support considering the value of the vehicle and the reputation Audi promotes. Instead, I was left chasing answers and eventually ignored. My advice: inspect your vehicle extremely carefully before collection and do not assume the same friendliness shown before sale will continue afterwards. Personally, I wish I had taken my money elsewhere.
