Absolutely first class car dealership. Polite staff who do not go round the houses and try to pressure you, straight to the point info when you ask a question. Lots of real quality cars at such reasonable prices, all clean and presented well. I would thoroughly recommend Walkers and personally would never go anywhere else. Brilliant experience buying my Clio here from Lee and Garry. I\u2019m a nervous driver, and I needed a reliable car that I could fully trust, and Walker Car sales delivered on that for me. They gave it a full MOT before collection, putting brand new front brakes and tyres on it. When a few minor issues popped up a few days later (suspension knock, seatbelt, and some electrical issues), they didn't make excuses, they just took it back and fixed everything within two weeks. Fantastic aftercare, very pleased!
All I can say is watch out for black Honda Odyssey LW64ELU if it goes back up for sale, loads of issues in under 6 months before it got returned. Owner sweet as pie until I wanted to return it. Sales manager much more professional and friendly. (Nothing to do length of time waiting for parts, just the pure amount of different issues with the vehicle)
I just had my leg amputated and chose an automatic car, paying a large deposit and requiring a bit of finance. Lee assured me that a finance company would help, he arranged it all within 2 hours. Lee and his colleagues physically lifted me into their office, service above what I was expecting. 6 days on the car is great though an issue with the o/s suspension has been identified. Discussed this by telephone and asked to bring in ASAP. This morning, drove down, Lee identified the issue, is ordering the parts, more than happy to complete the work at no cost to me and has offered to collect and return the vehicle to my home. Outstanding, thankyou.
