Came in to sort out what to do next, and ended up trading in my Fiesta for my new car a Focus. And from start to finish it took not even a week to sort out as they had the perfect car. And a special mention to Tracey who was helpful in sorting out our car from start to handover. She's a credit to Vospers Truro. Thank you so much see you in a few years for the next one.

We recently purchased a new ( 2nd hand) car from Vospers. And Charles was absolutley fantastic to deal with. He wasnt pushy, and explained everything. HOWEVER 2 weeks into owning the car things started going wromg. The panaramic sunroof motor failed leaving it open more than an inch, and the DPF Filter cracked. This we now know happened before we purchased the vehicle. So the car went back to vospers. Lisa in servicing, is far from helpful. She told us a few days into them having the car that they ordered the part, 8 days later we get told they need permission from warranty company. Then today we get tolr that 3 suppliers in whole of europe dont have the parts needed as " they never go wrong" and its a made to order part. She never calls back when sge says she will, never answers her emails and never smiles when shes talking to you Again thats untrue as they make 100s of these cars a week so they have stocks. Were now told the car womt be repaired until january. When you pay over \xa322,000 you dont expect to have to take your car back to the dealership as major parts go wrong that should have been checked prior to selling. Not impressed. MAKE SURE you do checks on vehicles before parting with your money.
