I was sold a car that does not have working water jets on the front windscreen which means the car coule fail its MOT, the pare key is also broken. I was told this would be sorted but it has not and now Brett has stopped replying to me aboutbthe problems. I am deeply dissatisfied with how mansfield has delt with the problems and will be putting in a formal complaint
I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield because the after service is appalling as I phoned up regarding a problem with the car and I still haven’t heard anything back from them luckily I was able to get the problem resolved. But they was very helpful when buying the car.
