I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland to anyone because it was an efficient, friendly, immaculately set out dealership. We got good advice which helped me make a decision followed by a comprehensive guide on how to drive the vehicle we bought. I was nervous of driving an automatic car, which is what we bought, but the guidance we got really helped me and I’ve not had any issues since purchasing the car.
I was pleased with Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland and would recommend them because the staff really go above and beyond to make you feel that you are the centre of their attention and the are dedicated to keep customers happy. I always buy from Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland because I trust them, especially Mark who seems to be my own personal assistant. They absolutely want the best for you and the cars are well looked after and scrutinised by them. I highly recommend the service package too.
I'd suggest Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland to a friend because Stefano was a perfect example of what a sales person should be. Over many years I have experienced very poor service from so many garages. Some discounting my view as a woman and others who had a lack of knowledge of what they are selling. However Stefano from Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland was not pushy in any way but was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and facilitated the sale in such an excellent manor. He has also followed up with me when my car was received. I would absolutely recommend this garage and most definitely the great work and skill Stefano showed without a doubt.
