I'd definitely recommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham to friends and family because we had a truly wonderful experience dealing with Daniel and the team at Vertu Rotherham from the initial call to collecting our new car! Daniel, in particular, displayed excellent customer service, honesty, integrity and a non-pushy but just thoroughly likeable 10/10 manner throughout. It was worth the long trip from home to purchase the car from Rotherham as the team created such a wonderful, friendly experience for us when collecting the car and it's a real shame that they aren't our local Toyota dealership. However, even though we are based miles away, we were offered any ongoing help and support from the team whilst we get accustomed to our new car. Regardless of distance, we would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Rotherham to anyone we know that would be looking for a new car as they have been a joy to deal with and their service, first class!
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham because felt no pressure at buying a car, all staff were friendly, felt at ease just looking around, when we finally did purchase a car, we were made to feel like valued customers, Joe went above and beyond at giving out advice and showing us all features inside the car, went through everything to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, would definitely buy another car and recommend others to buy from here
My experience at Vertu Toyota Rotherham was memorable because the staff were absolutely brilliant. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any offer to reduce the price of the vehicle or "sweeten" the deal given that I was paying £19k outright but Raul was absolutely lovely and very helpful.
I'd recommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham to anyone because based upon my experience the customer consultant Mr Daniel Edward’s and the sales manager Mr Jack Hodgson made the process of purchasing a new vehicle as straightforward and as simple as possible, the relaxed, no pressure sales pitch made the experience comfortable for myself.
