I'd recommend Vertu Toyota Loughborough to a friend because Eion who introduced me to my Toyota Yaris GR was very helpful. On my test drive he explained some of the displays and when I asked about the history of the vehicle he explained that the previous owner was local and had purchased a new vehicle and all services had been completed at there. I didn't feel pressurised to purchase the vehicle.
I'd suggest Vertu Toyota Loughborough to a friend because they provided all the information I required about the purchase of a new car in a friendly and competent manner. The showroom and facilities were first class and there was plenty of variety and price ranges to chose from The salesman Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience pleasurable
The experience at Vertu Toyota Loughborough was ok, the young man serving me was knowledgeable, polite, kind & personable. Also respectful of my personal circumstances. Although as a customer I would hope for the above. I’m hoping if I choose to use you for any future input I get better service than a family member has just received during/ following his car service.
