Actually overall, im happy with the process and it’s not a basic yes or no type of feedback but there was a few issues: I approved the additional Toyota service offer via email but 1 month later they reached out with a renewed offer with a higher price and the sales team ignores my emails on correcting the issue. The sales team provided my name wrong in the documents which required my extra effort to track and correct. Overall, 3 different people from the sales team managed our selling process, that could have been handled more professionally.
The staff at Vertu Toyota Leicester were excellent because they made the whole experience of buying a car easy and pleasurable. They took the stress out of everything and they went out of their way to make sure every little detail was taken care of. I highly recommend them.
