My experience at Vertu Toyota Glasgow could have been better because the car had a battery that should have replaced as it would not charge and a puncture that was not rectified before I took ownership of the vehicle. Also screenwasj hadn't been topped up and the battery terminal cover was broken. Still await a response from over a week ago. Have raised a complaint. Still await a response from that also.
My experience at Vertu Toyota Glasgow could have been better because I feel we paid a higher for the car we purchased. Our own fault as we should have carried out a more independent research. Not very happy with the choice we made, missing my RAV4 and some of the basic features eg, mirrors closing automatically etc. Still trying to adjust
