My experience at Vertu Renault Exeter was positive because of the attention given to me by Sales Advisor Jacob Jarvis-Cooke. He went above and beyond to help me, driving the car for a test drive for me and finally delivering the vehicle to my address. He explained everything about the car to me and offered future assistance if necessary. Overall a very positive experience and I am very grateful for all his help.
Great experience from the moment I arrived at the showroom. Tilly showed me around a couple of cars I was interested in and made the whole process completely stress-free and easy. The car was clean, tidy, and ready to drive away the same day, with all the paperwork prepared in advance. They even included a generous amount of fuel and paid for my road tax for the year, which was a really nice touch. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and I would definitely buy a car from here again in the future. 10/10 service!
