I would definitely recommend Guiseley Land Rover to a friend. I was sent a video of the vehicle I was potentially interested in and during a phone conversation after the video was sent over, a test drive was booked. On arrival I was made very welcome, William had a chat with me and shortly afterwards the vehicle was taken for a test drive. All in all, I was pleased with the vehicle a deal was struck, every aspect was explained and a few days later the vehicle collected. The whole experience was good, friendly staff, not pressurised throughout the process, very efficient organisation and a nice show room.
Will from Sales was excellent every step of the way, I broke my ankle midway through the purchase, I live in Chorley and he subsequently brought the car to me. Unfortunately your Admin Team made an error whilst providing the DVLA with my details, they omitted my house number from my address and this has required some chasing from me to the DVLA. The matter is now with Admin and I'm unable to contact them direct so my point of contact is still Will. Consequently I am unable to fit my new personalised plates until this matter is resolved which, to be honest, has taken a bit of the shine off my purchase. So in summary the sales process has been good but the Admin process poor. I feel he process should be that they should have contacted me to confirm I had received the V5 rather than leaving it to me to do the following up, and subsequently discover their error. I'd be more than happy to discuss this with Management.
