My experience at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee could have been better because I had some minor issues with the vehicle after I bought it and I felt the aftercare was very bad. The sale advisor who dealt with me buying the car was very good and couldn’t fault him. But afterward I was dealing with the manager and felt this was not the service I was expecting. Had to chase a few times for answers and the process took a lot longer than it needed to.
