All the staff that we interacted with were pleasant and professional. Pete did the bulk of the work and was knowledgeable and friendly, and not at all pushy. The vehicle was transported from another branch at no cost to us and was prepared to our satisfaction. Would happily recommend them if in the market for a new or used Hyundai.
The experience at Vertu Hyundai Exeter was good because the sales staff, Connor and Pete, were very polite, helpful and had a good knowledge of the cars available. I would recommend my family and friends to visit the dealership if they were looking for a new car as I have confidence that they would be well looked after. I also met the business manager who was very professional and helpful.
Frim the second I walked into the dealership i felt welcomed. We were given time to have a look around and quite a few of the staff members introduced themselves. I was shown a few vehicles that I liked and were talked through purchase options and pricing. My husband enjoyed the test drive. The only negative we experienced was when we came to collect the car it had not been cleaned properly. Peter who i dealt with throughout the process was nothing but apologetic and has said I can take the car back at my convenience to have it cleaned properly. (We did pick the car up at the end of the day). But the whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to deal with them again in future
