I'd definitely recommend Vertu Hyundai Bristol South to friends and family because the team were hugely accommodating and helpful. I didn't know how I would finance a new vehicle, lease, PCP, HP or outright purchase and whether it would be a new or pre-owned vehicle. The staff took time to go through options and we tinkered with the finance deposit until we reached a monthly price I was happy with. Personally, I would commend your staff for their assistance and I'll be interested to see how the level of service holds up during my ownership. I've never owned a car by the same manufacturer in my 35yrs of ownership and I wonder if Hyundai will be able to break this trend?
The staff at Vertu Hyundai Bristol South were good because they were friendly polite and very helpful. They weren’t pushy but very carefully made sure that you really thought about buying overall it was a pleasant enough experience and the sales person went the extra mile in dealing with any issues that I raised.
I would recommend Vertu Hyundai Bristol South to friends and family because all the staff I came across there, but in particular Sales Executive Tim Watkins, were all very helpful and professional in their contact and dealings with me. A team that can be proud of those they work with and the company they work for.
