I would not recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham because we should have been told before the hand over that the car only came with one key. They obviously knew they only had one key when this vehicle should have two, but chose not to tell us until we were ready to drive away. They have since arranged to get us another key at their own expense but this should not have been kept secret until we had signed all the documentation and paid in full. For this reason we would not go back to this particular dealership as the lack of a spare key caused unnecessary aggravation
