The experience at Vertu Honda Nottingham was great because everything was taken care of. One point ass instructed we transferred the money to Honda at least 48 hours before delivery. On the morning we were cantacted by Barnie who said he wanted confirmation that the money had been paid, this set off a panic as to where the money had gone. A bit more Customer Care is needed. Barnie should have double checked before he contacted us. The money had reached Honda immediately we had sent it. However this did not detract from the overall service we received. We also had to contact Honda because the car would not start, they were very helpful.
I'd suggest Vertu Honda Nottingham to a friend because the staff are friendly and attentive and the showroom and vehicles are spotless and I had a great experience. The car is exactly what I wanted and it was brought in from another dealership for me, the service I received was excellent
We had exceptional service throughout the process of viewing and purchasing our new vehicle. Sales person Daniel made sure that we are fully informed of all the offers available and called us after the purchase was completed to check if everything was alright. The vehicle itself was in immaculate condition. We had a slight issue due to ear and tear but that was also handled by Honda Vertu.
