The experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle was great because I felt never at any time under pressure by and sales person. The help, advice, patience and support I had helped me make my decision into the purchase of the Vehicle. I would recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle because of the friendliness of the sales person, Scott Barker and also the Sales manager Stephen Wardlaw. I have always been put off visiting dealerships because I always feel the sale of a car to a client is more important than the client due to pressure sales. Visiting Vertu Newcastle was a breath of fresh air and a total new experience where I felt valued. I visited the garage to view a car in the show room to see if it was something I liked. I spoke to Scott Barker who allowed me to check the car on the show room without any pressure. I was offered a test drive which I booked for a couple of days later. When I returned for the test drive, again, no pressure but a lot of help and advice about the vehicle. I was invited in the check out some figures. Without any pressure I secured the vehicle on reserve without any commitment and was allowed time to consider the vehicle and options if I was to go ahead and purchase the car. I returned a few days later and discussed the finance package and was more than happy to go ahead. For me it was the most important time where I was given the freedom to consider the purchase. I would recommend Vertu for their valuable time in helping me and cannot express enough how grateful and relieved I was of their manor, politeness, advice and help without any expectations on their behalf of a sale of a vehicle. I know garages need to sell cars but there was never at any time any pressure to make the purchase and it was only when I was ready and made the decision that the purchase went ahead. This is why I would recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle.
The staff at Vertu Ford Newcastle were good because they made the experience of changing cars so easy for us and Lee Anderson was very professional and helpful throughout the purchase and afterwards too. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Newcastle ( lee) to family and friends. he made us feel at ease and took time in ensuring we knew as much about the car as possible before , after and during the test drive.
