Vertu BYD Hartlepool were great because from been welcomed and supported with any information regarding all the vehicles I was interested in, nothing was a problem with asking loads of questions. I seen Christian who was a pleasure to meet he answered all my questions and advised on a few doubts. He also kept in contact with me all the time while waiting for my car to be prepared. While test driving the vehicle Christian informed me every step (as I’ve never driven an automatic car before) he explained very clearly.
