Cars were filthy and not maintained well. Couldn’t test drive the cars without doing the finance first. Wouldn’t waste your time with this garage. Listen to the reviews and go elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience buying a car from this company. The car was returned to them numerous times (bare in mind i hadn't even had the car a month)due to ongoing faults, and in total they had the car for around three weeks. Despite having the car for that long, we only received one phone call, which shows how poor the communication was throughout. We were initially told the issue was the wet belt, then on the next phone call we were told it wasn’t the wet belt. Eventually, they did change the wet belt and told us they had spent over \xa3800 on parts and gave us receipt. However, when we got the car back, the exact same problem occurred again, and the car stank of oil inside, which was completely unacceptable. The car was kept for long periods each time it was returned, leaving us without a vehicle. As they do not offer courtesy cars, this caused major inconvenience. Because I was left without reliable transport, I lost my job, which has had a serious impact on my life. We were told communication was an issue because two people were calling, but this was only because myself and my partner work different jobs with different hours, so we called at different times to work around this. This should never have been treated as a problem. One of the phone calls was also handled very poorly — the man we spoke to was very rude, adding even more stress to an already frustrating situation. I am glad that we eventually received a full refund, and I appreciate that this was done. However, the refund does not make up for the hassle, the job loss, the poor service, or the amount of money spent travelling back and forth to Swansea, which is over an hour’s drive each way, multiple times and at our own expense. Overall, the car had many ongoing problems, communication was poor, and customer service was unprofessional. I would not recommend buying a car from this company based on my experience. The car has now been re listed less than two weeks after we returned it, and based on our experience, I highly doubt the issue has been properly fixed, especially considering it took them longer than this to attempt to resolve the original problem in the first place. We were also told that we had to drive the car to them when the problem reoccurred, even though it was an engine problem. Bear in mind, they picked it up the second time out of the three times the problem occurred, so having to drive it ourselves was frustrating and dangerous. This is the condition it was returned to us in after they had it for three weeks. The car was not given to them in this condition, and although we didn’t raise it at the time because we were just happy to get it back, considering all the problems we experienced, this is yet another reason I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Service light also come on day after buying and had to get service done out of my own pocket as again this is another thing the warranty does not cover.

This car dealership are liars and not to be trusted. Bought a 2016 Fiat 500X from them around 6 months ago on finance. The car has been nothing but problematic. The check engine management light came on after a few weeks of ownership. They took the car back and this happened every few weeks. They would tell me it was an issue with the fuses. 4 times the car was taken back to them. Engine management lights, stop start management lights, insufficient engine oil pressure lights all going on frequently, engine performance making the car undriveable. Engine cutting out randomly and it risk to myself and other road users. The window switch on drivers side for passenger window also found to be non functional. They said they would repair this. Guess what, still waiting for them to actually fix it. They fob you off with nothing but BS. A month ago I had to get all new front disks and pads. The rear pads and disks will also need to be replaced in about a months time. So that's several hundred pounds just in brake repairs, a full brake replacement in 6 months of ownership is shocking. Finally, had my mate look at the car 3 days ago, (shout out to Autocraft Cardiff) and he told me the car had not had an oil change in an extremely long time and because of the engine warnings I should change the oil and filter immediately to avoid serious damage. Seems to have resolved the engine issues. Avoid! Update: Further to my review above, do not trust their comments making out like they want to help. This is just a smokescreen. They absolutely don't and will appear like they are going to resolve issues with any purchase, whilst doing nothing except screwing hard working people over out of their money. I have had to take my complaint to the ombudsman because the car has had an oil leak and has a worn engine. Get anything from these guys in writing if you buy something and it goes wrong cause the ombudsman won't help you either without it. I'm now stuck in a 14k finance agreement with a very expensive paper weight. Absolute grifters. Would give no stars if possible.
