Absolutely wonderful! I sold my car to TMC through Motorway, this was the first time I had done this so quite sceptical. I should not have worried as soon as the auction closed Chris contacted me, the customer service I received was second to none. Chris really put my mind at rest very professional and genuine. Another gentleman called Chris came to pick up my car he was also fantastic no quibble at all, I was paid the full amount and he drove the car away. Chris also helped me with all the paperwork. Ross and Ryan got a call from me on a Tuesday morning to get an F82 ready for a test drive. I was 2 hours away from TMC and these boys done the soft check for the finance over the phone and by the time I got there we had a deal as I told them a budget and they fulfilled the rest. They are honest, hard working and thoughtful and take care of their stock and clients like no one else. They had such a professional and supportive approach they was doing things the right way not like these new dealerships trying to scam you and sell you messed up vehicles. I arrived and checked the F82. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures Not a single scratch on the car (a couple stone chips are fine DONT BE THAT GUY!) The car was in pristine condition as explained on advert was a genuine low mileage & owner example no tricks or gimmicks they let me OBD the car and I couldnt even get in as the ECU is locked which means it is genuine miles and never has been tuned or played with\u2026 WHICH IS SO RARE ON A M CAR!! they are fully transparent people ready to actually help you as well not just close a deal. These boys done everything they possibly could to let me leave the dealership that day with the car. Come to 6pm everything was sorted we just needed a quick approval from the finance company BUT I didn\u2019t upload the picture of my license correctly\u2026. After 6pm the finance company and TMC are closed\u2026. I was very stressed out as I had plans to bring the car back that day already payed for my insurance had work the next day so NEEDED IT then and there\u2026 Ryan and Ross was pushing teams, making phone calls, involving whole companies and bosses to call around just to get me approved AFTER HOURS !! Im telling you now buy your vehicle from here you will not regret your decision. Every single bloody car in TMC was absolutely beautiful\u2026 no crashed hpi clear resprayed cars in their lot , Every panel the paint is factory , interior is spotless, exteriors are shiny and got that dealership glow and most importantly they are real transparent car salesmen which is extremely rare nowadays so if you see a vehicle that you want and they have in stock, driving even 10 hours to get it from TMC would be what I would do. Also If the CEO of TMC reads this, Ross and Ryan DID NOT say this I assure you. GIVE THEM A PAY RISE !! THEY ARE PROPER SALESMEN AND GREAT PEOPLE !! Moral of the story is buy your car from TMC no matter what, you will not be lied to, scammed or conned for your money. Especially if you buy a sport cars, do yourself a favour and get it from here :). Thanks again Ross and Ryan your efforts and support are much appreciated. I am over the moon with my car and also any purchase comes with 3 months gold tier warranty covering engine and gearbox repairs !
Chris Callow contacted me out of the blue while I was selling my vehicle on AutoTrader privately. I made it clear from the outset that I wasn\u2019t looking to sell to a trader (for their stock), as I didn\u2019t want to be low\u2011balled while he made a profit on my vehicle. Despite this, he continued to pursue it. Overall, I found the interaction a waste of my time and felt he was slightly pushy and recieved a blunt response when I said I didnt feel he/TMC were going to meet my needs on the vehicle. Whilst I have not purchased anything from TMC this experience left me thinking they are not the kind of people I would want to be dealing with.
