I specifically chose The Vogue Centre because the prices were consistently above market rate, assuming that meant better cars and better service. That assumption turned out to be very costly. I bought a car sight unseen and requested full prep before travelling to collect it. On arrival, the vehicle had a worn wheel bearing that should have been identified long before handover. Rather than accepting rejection of the vehicle, James (the owner\u2019s son) strongly pushed me into taking a different car \u2014 an older model with more miles. That vehicle then developed faults shortly afterwards. From that point on, I found the dealer defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to properly resolve the issues. The entire experience ended with me suffering a substantial financial loss just to exit the situation. Based on my experience, paying premium prices here absolutely did not translate into premium service, preparation, or customer support. Avoid.

Bought a car from James. Car was exactly as described. In fact it was better than I could have imagined. James was a gentleman to deal with. Nothing was an issue. No pressure for sale. Purchased my range rover L405 from the vogue centre, from the start to finish james was absolutely spot on, easy to deal with and quick with replies, i had one small issue which james was onto straight away and resolved it with no issues. 10/10 to james and his team. If your in the market for a range rover this is the place to purchase from.
Can't speak highly enough of the buying experience through the Vouge Centre. James was so helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I'm always tentative buying remotely without seeing the vehicle in person but from the moment I looked at the website and had a phonecall with James I had no doubt they were completely honest and professional. The end result was the delivery of a fantastic L322 Westminster which I could not be more happy with. If you want anything Land Rover or Range Rover, just use The Vouge Centre. Excellent experience!
James and the Vouge Centre are truly great to deal with.Very impressive inventory of Range Rovers! I recently bought a LWB 4.4 off James however I was missing the power behind a petrol so traded the car back into him a few months later and bought the supercharged LWB. The process was seamless (buying both cars and selling one). I'm based up in Scotland so drove down both times. James sorted a couple of issues I had (wiring standard stuff) with my local indy Land Rover garage and the cars perfect. I do plan when the time comes to upgrade again to continue trading with the Vouge Centre.
Bought an SV Autobiography on Saturday from here , fantastic car great experience , great trade in price for our old one , very few dealers come across as honest and knowledgeable as James , I didn\u2019t even need to test drive the car I could tell straight away it would be fine ! Drove all the way back to Edinburgh perfectly, if you want a Range Rover from someone who clearly knows them inside and out I would highly recommend James at the vogue centre

I recently bought a Range Rover through James and have no hesitation recommending his services. He is pedantic in his selection of cars to sell, has 2 ex JLR mechanics prep the cars. I could have bought a similar ever so slightly cheaper but this guy could not do more to make sure the car was in perfect order before I collected. No exaggeration; you won\u2019t regret spending your money here
