Fantastic service from picking a car to signing the paper work.....met by the lovely Kurt copper.....what a lovely young gent....he went through every detail with us....very reassuring knowing I left feeling very safe in my new car..... had brand new mot and 1 year warranty 🙌 as a busy mother of 2....cant fault that peace of mind i had driving away.....car warehouse was recommended to me by 3 different people....and I would highly recommend going there 😘

Bit of a delay in posting this review but big thanks to Dhaval for all this help and making the process very simple and providing reassurance when I bought my car back in August 2025 after having my existing one for nearly 10 years I was very nervous to test drive a new vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Outstanding Service from Daimon at The Car Warehouse Swansea I had an exceptional experience at The Car Warehouse in Swansea, and that’s entirely down to Daimon. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. His professionalism is matched only by his enthusiasm — nothing was too much trouble, and he explained everything clearly without any pressure. What really stood out was how personable he is. Daimon has that rare ability to make the whole process feel easy, transparent, and even enjoyable. He went above and beyond at every stage, and it’s clear he takes real pride in giving customers the best possible experience. If you’re thinking of buying a car, do yourself a favour and ask for Daimon. He’s an absolute credit to The Car Warehouse and the reason I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

I had no intention of buying a car last week, but circumstances changed and I needed to part ex my vehicle at short notice. I feel so fortunate that Daimon Williams answered the phone when I rang in a panic regarding the status of my finance agreement. Daimon was quick to reassure me and invited me down that morning to the dealership to sort everything out. After a lengthy discussion about my situation, Daimon presented me with a number of different options, the best one being to part exchange my vehicle. Daimon was able to offer me an extremely competitive price for my car, and also did a very generous deal on the new one. What initially started as a very stressful situation, turned into something easy and smooth with Daimon's help. Throughout the entire process, Daimon demonstrated deep knowledge and understanding of the industry and presented me with feasible options whilst never being pushy about a sale. Daimon was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and he certainly made me feel listened to and solved my problem and saved me a lot of stress and frustration! Following the purchase of the new vehicle, Daimon has continued to be on hand for any queries/communication with third parties and has reassured me at every turn. The only thing I am sad about is that I can only give five stars! Daimon's attitude and conduct was a credit to FRF/The Car Warehouse and he made my experience easy, pleasurable and stress free. I am hugely grateful to Daimon for all his help, especially when it was so last minute (with regards to the purchasing of a new car). I cannot recommend him enough. Outstanding service, 10/10! Thank you so much. :)

Fantastic experience here buying a new car for myself, called up initially and the car I wanted had recently been sold but was told to come in to look at similar alternatives. David S greeted us and had options already lined up for me, one of the cars I’d ended up choosing and buying. David was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have interacted with in this kind of service. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, helped out with any bits of information we didn’t understand, spent time helping us and seemed genuinely enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole experience. He’s a credit to the business. Even afterwards I’d ended up dropping my wallet outside and David found it, called me up and I was able to come and collect it with everything still inside (thank goodness) so without him my wallet probably would have gone missing forever! Car seems brilliant, was cleaned and smelt fresh and amazing from the valet. David had even filled the car up with fuel prior to me picking up the vehicle. One of the greatest experiences I’ve had buying a car and will be back here for any other needs. Will be referring all family and friends here! Thank you all, and especially Dave.
