We had been searching for a 9 seat Ford minibus for ages and then spotted this great van at The Car Outlet. Dean was quick to respond and organised delivery to us in Ringwood. The van is immaculate and has been thoroughly valeted for us. Fantastic service and great customer service.
My experience with the Car Outlet was great from first contact. I arranged to head up and view the car and Dean was super friendly, helpful and happy to chat. There was no pushiness and he seemed like he genuinely wanted me to get the best deal/value I could. Full disclosure, I ended up getting a different vehicle because it made more sense financially, but I can't fault Dean and Ash. You'll be well looked after if buying from the car outlet.

We just purchased a peugeot traveller from the car outlet - we are SO pleased with it and has been fabulous for our 4 children. Dean's knowledge of the different cars and straightforward sale process made buying our new vehicle a smooth stress free process! He had a MOT and service done for it. He arranged delivery for the vehicle within a few days. Everything was sorted while we were there and each time we have had to contact them you can get through on the phone straight away - so much better than any other experience we have had buying a car! We had a fault light appear the month after - we took it our local garage but Dean ensured all was sorted and car now back working perfectly. Could not recommend enough! Overall I would highly recommend the car outlet - they are a fantastic company that truly do care about giving good customer service!
Just bought a Renault Trafic Passenger van. Low mileage, great value and nothing was too much for Dean. Noticed a small indicator issue on the test drive and they had it fixed immediately with a fresh MOT. Driving around London like a King now! \U0001f602. I trust them. \u2026
We recently decided to trade in our car for a bigger family vehicle, we spent a while looking about different places and found the car outlet. Dean and ash were amazing from start to finnish. We ended up going for a ford tourneo custom 9 seater, which was in excellent condition and not to high millage. Once returning home with the vehicle we put the seats into conference mode which was one of the main reasons we liked this particular van but noticed that one of the seats would not go back properly, contacted dean and he sent us a replacement within 2 days no questions asked. We absolutly love our new van its so spacious for us and our children and we look forward to future family holidays ect. Big thankyou to dean, ash and team for being amazing and making the transition easy and non stressful. Will definatly be comming back for our next one!
