I've been a loyal Peugeot customer for over 20 years, originally with Dickens in Christleton, Chester, where customer care was always second to none. Sadly, I can't say the same about Swansway, Peugeot, Chester When I recently had an issue with my Peugeot, I called Swansway and was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks before they could even look at the car, let alone resolve the problem. I then contacted another Peugeot dealer who booked my car in for the very next day and sorted the issue the same day. I will be using that dealer going forward for both servicing and for my next new Peugeot purchase. Swansway urgently need to improve their customer care. Once you've bought a car, they seem to forget that it's the ongoing care of loyal customers that brings them back for future purchases.

I\u2019m very disappointed . I bought a car 5 months down the line the car just turn off in the middle of the road.the car is on warranty. It was towed to Chester Peugeot. No update. Had to ring them and being told it\u2019s gona take 2 weeks for us to put it in work shop.6 days now no curtesy car. Disappointed with their service.
