I honestly can\u2019t recommend this dealership enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was brilliant. What stood out most was how honest and knowledgeable everyone was. There was no sales pressure or pushy tactics at all\u2014they simply gave us the facts, answered every question openly, and let us make our own decision. It made the whole process feel relaxed and genuinely trustworthy. They also gave us a good price for our part exchange, which was much better than the offers we\u2019d received elsewhere. It\u2019s clear they value being fair rather than trying to squeeze every penny out of a deal. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable and happy to help, which gave us real peace of mind when buying the car. If you\u2019re looking for a dealership that genuinely puts customers first, I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend them.
Purchased a Hyundai Tuscan through Supreno, allowed me to reserve the car via auto trader and when I came to see the car it was exactly as described in the advert. I was able to take my time for a couple of hours to ask all the questions, look through paperwork, test drive and inspect the car to my satisfaction. On top of that they gave me really good tips for selling my old car privately, saving money on car insurance and general advice. They offer a good warranty and comprehensive AA checks. Main thing is that they are transparent with everything and have detailed reports when they sell cars so I was able to cross check everything and it all matched up well. No hassle and no pressure, but I\u2019m a happy customer and hopefully can share details with my friends and family.

After being sold a dodgy car from another dealer she decided to go with Superno and the experience was amazing.Right from the start there was no pressure to purchase the car. Tammas asked us to wait 45 before collecting so they could clean the car and it was spotless inside and out. When we arrived we were offered a drink and the car was brought round for us to look over. Due to the previous experience at another garage we brought a friend to look over the car and take it for a test drive with Tammas brother. There was absolutely no fault with the car. Whilst on the test drive I spoke with Tammas and he provided full service history and reassurance about the car and couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful offering advice, going the extra mile as the car had the smallest tracking issue which he offered to sort at a local garage. We were very impressed with the whole sale and the aftercare. My daughter received a years AA breakdown cover. The car drives like a dream. The car had been completely modernised inside and as her first owned / purchased car she is over the moon and still smiling! I 100% recommend Superno. As I said there was no pressure, we were left to look around the car ourselves and not watched over and any questions were answered throughly and where required history was shown to us so we could see the work carried out. They have excellent knowledge of all the cars they sell. I bought a Nissan Qashqai 2016, and the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. They gave me great advice on how to maintain the engine and keep any car engine in excellent condition. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and expertise.
On arriving at the garage after nearly a four hour drive we were greeted by Tahmas brother who offered us a hot drink which we were very grateful for together with the keys for the car for us to look around at our leisure. The car was clean and as described in the advert in excellent condition. We then had a very good test drive of our choice of roads. All our questions/queries we had regarding the car was answered fully. Tahmas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We couldn\u2019t have asked for better service/experience. Our mind was also put at rest with the extra checks Tahmas provides from the independent AA inspection report together with the 12 months warranty. We are very pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another vehicle in the future. Well worth the drive down .

Great Great experience It was an awesome experience for buying my car from Supreno Cars. At the first day Mr Tahmas showed me car all around and took me for a test drive and explained me all the features inside the car. He showed me all the documents including the receipt the car has been bought from. I applied finance through him, he helped me to do that and finance application was approved. I will highly recommend Supreno Car for their tailored service specifically Tahmas and his brother. In future if I buy car I will definitely go back to Supreno Cars. Well done and thank you !!!!
Having had a great experience getting a car for my wife last year with this dealer, I decided to upgrade my car this year. Another great experience. Tahmas sourced a Toyota Corolla with full History and AA check for me which was even better than I expected and a beautiful colour too. I had the car delivered to us last time but decided to pick the car up myself this time round. Tahmas explained everything about the new technology to my wife and myself which was also helpful with her Toyota Yaris. What a great buying experience. Thank you Tahmas.
