From the minute you walk in, you know this is a highly professional, grown-up modern dealership. Spotlessly clean, polite and professional staff and high calibre stock. The fact it's shared with McLaren doesn't harm the image at all! I ultimately bought the car I was looking at thanks to Sam, who dealt with my enquiries very personably and kept excellent communications regarding the status of the prep and availability of the car. Financials were straightforward and handled quickly, plus I had a reasonable part-ex price for my previous car. The car is excellent and was immaculately prepared for delivery. Thanks to Sam and the rest of the team at Stratstone (formerly Jardine) in Bracknell for the least stressful and most successful car purchase I've ever made.

I was told the car I was buying would have a service and MOT if due within 3 months of purchase. I had an MOT but a month after buying the car a flag came up on the dashboard saying service due. Stratstones very unforth coming. Hard enough to get Simon Hearns to call me. Eventually spoke to Doug. Still no service. If things change I will be back to give more information. Highly reckoned if buying a used car. Welcome and service was second to none. I inspected the car and advised of a scratch and wheel scuff which would be fixed. I was a little sceptical that they could repair the alloy scuff seeing as its forged alloy but when i turned up to collect the car they did an absolutely fantastic job and sorted the scratch and alloy. Thank you to Doug and Simon for providing me the assurance to buy my beautiful GR Yaris.
