The garage confirmed that for years used/reconditioned parts were used in repairs which failed 5 times in 5 years and when I asked for some accommodation on the costs for now a new part I was told that due to the age and mileage of the car there was nothing they could do, ignoring that the failing parts were neither old nor had a high mileage. Premium brand?
