I enquired about a car online and received only a video of the vehicle—no phone call or email. I followed up twice by both phone and email but received no response. I was interested in buying an X5 and was ready to proceed, but it seems they simply don’t care about potential customers. I was also told I would receive a callback, which never happened. Terrible service and I would not recommend them.
exceptional service and the reassurance of genuine parts and warranty - wouldn't consider anything less with my car. 10 years of using the Porsche dealership in Cambridge and always been exceptional - Staff on the service could not be more helpful - one fells like part of the family..
On a trip over from Germany, where I live, my Velar suddenly decided to show a red engine problem light 🤯. Managed to crawl the car to Statstones Tottenham workshop where Keeley and her team did their very best to get me back on the road. Sadly the problem wasn’t quite as easy as expected and it took a little bit longer than we thought. Throughout the whole process communication was open and honest, and for me the whole experience, stressful as it was, was made comfortable by the way the staff handled me. After leaving the car there, Omar even gave me a ride free of charge to the local tube station where I could continue my journey. My car has now been picked up and it is making its way back to Germany. Thank you, Stratstone Tottenham team.
A big thankyou to stratstone bmw Doncaster I'm 250 miles by road from Doncaster and was wondering how things would work out, needent have worried because Jade Hudson was outstanding and easy to deal with, she even delivered my i5 m60 to Milton Keynes in outstanding condition and even charged my car as well for my journey home The team at bmw Doncaster deserve a 5 star review, I can highly recommend them if you would like a great experience buying from bmw main dealer
Avoid !! From Huddersfield Branch!! First of all ripping off customers services very low none experienced staff members I left car for diagnostics it take to get back like whole one month and each time you called and asking answer is we are working on we will call you back once we get answer for engineering they useless and very dirty after one month get car back still lots of warning ⚠️ lights on dashboard even we told them what’s issue still no result we been charged over 4.500£k and still waiting another part which will cost separate another 1.500£k still no response either of this engineer who ever did work on car whole finder print with all oily hand 🤚 all over the car the give back car with lots of issues even we spend 4.500£ k no matter what the issue was they had time like whole bloody month to build brand new car again but these people are honestly useless worthless and very dirty working who ever does on car work I wish I could share whole car video after we get back waiting all this time and spend all this money still lots of issues shows on dash plus they couldn’t even do valeting car or just wash 🧼 from outside give car back clean never ever had experience in my life like this the money we spend we could get another car but with this people answer the still saying they need to more work on it and another month or two to keep the bloody car unbelievable servis all promises left empty waiting time costing money worthless place and people My best advice who never been there just avoid avoid avoid !!!!
The member of staff made the experience perfect, prompt service, very attentive and personable. Kiera absolutely gave me confidence in the service Mercedes were providing and went above and beyond updating me on the progress and speaking to my daughter who is having problems with her Mercedes arranging for a diagnostics to be carried out. Two happy customers. Kiera also took the time to show me a couple of new models as I am looking at changing my car this year - she was interested in my experience being a positive one and certainly knows your products.
