I travelled from Bristol to view a well presented Skoda Fabia after seeing it on their website. I called in advance to check car whether the car was still available and to confirm that a test drive would be possible. On arrival, the car was clean and ready to drive, with service history available to view. The car was as good as I had expected and a deal was done. I'm a fussy buyer and noted that the yard had a good selection of tidy cars, several that I would have been happy to purchase. Quite unusual in my experience and it shows that they've got an eye for picking good cars (and not any old rubbish). It was a fair drive but absolutely worth it. Driving the car home, I'm very happy with the purchase. Early days but so far so good. Lee and Harri seem like decent guys. Very happy to recommend and well worth the journey.
Genuine guys helped me out, 14 months after purchasing a car from them, a main dealer recalled the car for am issuse. Car was all booked in, but the part failed before the appointment could be meet. The main dealer then wanted detailed service receits of every part used on all services since the car was new and all part numbers of the oil used. The lads at Steve Rowlands car Garage went above and beyond with helping me, with this. Top guys.
