Great experience and very professional assistance that is what my wife and I experienced 03/03/2026. The sales executive was Steven Swindells. He helped us with every possible ways of replacing our car, I can only thank him for his time and effort. Would recommend for Peugeot and Citroen vehicles. Very very good customer service.
upon arrival at the branch was greeted by the service team. Who was very helpful. Once I have arrived the vehicle did not have a booking for some reason and the manager of the branch and Lafira Fernandes( customer adviser) went above and beyond to make a booking for the vehicle and accept vehicle even when they are fully booked. Would highly recommend. Will always find ways to help you
I bought this Peugeot 3008 with an extended warranty, but the dealer has refused to cover the exhaust/catalytic‑converter repair, even though the car had only done about 7,000 miles. Nearly two months after the work was completed, I was told the insurance/warranty does not cover this item.I am now being asked to pay approximately £3,000 to fix a fault that should have been covered under the warranty I was sold. This experience feels like a scam, and I hope this review (04/03/2026) warns other buyers before they are treated the same way.
Booked in for a Peugeot 5008 test drive in Nottingham Mansfield. Went for the test drive,and the best part is that they don’t even have the right car for the test drive. Don’t even know then why I was getting calls every single day to book the test drive. Specially told them my preferred car before booking & they blaming head office for taking the booking without confirming with the site. Just wasted an hour driving, customer service is awful. Not recommended
