I got my used peugeot 3008 from Stellantis Crawley. The whole journey from reserving my car online to driving it away a week later was effortless. Philip my advisor was very helpful and professional. He contacted me few days later to check if everything was OK and happy with my car. I will definitely be recommending them.
Following my review on 23rd February, I received a reply on 24th February offering me to call a specific staff member at the dealership to work towards a resolution. I called on 2nd March, and was told he was in a meeting and that he would call me back. He didn't. I then received a call from his colleague on 4th March (the one who I'd met with on 21st February), but all he said was that he was going to look into the figures to see if they could offer me a more reasonable deal and that he would call me back soon. However, it is now 14 March and I have heard nothing since. I have, of course, continued to be hounded via email and post to attend another event they have taking place in March. This is very poor customer service, not at all how you expect to be treated after having been a customer for 17 years and having bought 6 cars from them during that time.
