Booked in for a Peugeot 5008 test drive in Nottingham Mansfield. Went for the test drive,and the best part is that they don’t even have the right car for the test drive. Don’t even know then why I was getting calls every single day to book the test drive. Specially told them my preferred car before booking & they blaming head office for taking the booking without confirming with the site. Just wasted an hour driving, customer service is awful. Not recommended
Hi, Booked a Jeep Compass test drive through the official Jeep website. Travelled 45 minutes to arrive at our confirmed 5:00 PM appointment, only to be told by Mr. Mallar that no Jeep Compass was available for a test drive at this centre. He already knew this before we arrived. One phone call was all it took — but he claimed he was "too busy." Yet when we walked in, he was completely free at his desk with no other customers around. Not once did he apologise. Not once. Instead he sat leaning back in his chair, feet pushed toward us while we stood right in front of his desk — dismissive, disrespectful and completely unbothered by the inconvenience he caused us. To the management of this centre: this is not the standard customers expect from a Jeep dealership. We expect this to be addressed.
Further to my previous review, my son's car is still at Stellantis Peugeot Garage in Erdington with no update or resolution after 4+ weeks. Engine light issue and power loss problem still unresolved, despite numerous calls. No courtesy car provided, no alternative transport arranged. My son's struggling with transport to a demanding job with variable shifts. Lack of communication and empathy continues. This is poor service from a dealership selling a car with these issues. Unacceptable to leave a customer without a vehicle for this long with no resolution. Urging you to review this case and customer service processes. I will continue to send regular review updates until this issue is resolved. Will not be recommending Peugeot or Stellantis due to this experience.
I am writing to share my experience with the service I have received following the purchase of a vehicle from your dealership approximately six weeks ago. While I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, the subsequent handling of my part-exchange has been unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the outstanding matters regarding the transfer and paperwork, I have been met with a lack of communication and professionalism. 6 weeks later and my part exchange has still not been paid off and is leaving me now paying for 2 car payments !! It is disappointing that such a positive initial purchase has been overshadowed by poor after-sales support. I hope this matter can be prioritized and rectified immediately. Steer clear of certain used car sales people ; they will take your money and give no aftercare support. avoid your calls and emails completely.
