Fantastic experience buying a car with Niall Marshall at the Maidstone branch for my wife Ana-Maria. We spotted a cracking deal on a pre-reg car but the distance was tricky with us living in Rugby. We had an initial hiccup when the finance online didn't match Niall's quote, however, he raised this with central finance, calmly and clearly explained all details of the transaction including additional insurance, delivery costs, a great rate on service plan etc. By the time everything was costed a brand new, top of the line 5008 is costing only £151 more per month than her 2016 Ford Kuga, unreal result. Niall was clearly flat out with new plate sales but always made time to speak to me, even whilst on the nursery pick-up with his daughter! I hope you are paying this gentleman very well as I would kill to have a sales guy like him in my business! I have an absolutely delighted wife and I can't thank Niall and the rest of the Stellantis team at Maidstone enough, thank you so much!
We rang to view a car and arrangements were confirmed for a day convenience to us all. We were greeted by Harvey on arrival and he showed us to the vehicle and let us have plenty of time to look and sit inside. When we were ready Harvey arranged a substantial test drive. Once back at the garage we were offered refreshments and again given time on our own to talk. Harvey was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered our questions with ease. He explained all the different warranties that came and could be added to purchasing the vehicle. We were able to take plenty of time to make a decision and a refundable deposit was given to hold the vehicle. On collecting the vehicle, a full valet had been done and Harvey completed all the relevant paperwork include 5 day insurance for us. He also sorted out the tax for us while sit in the showroom. We recently purchased a car from the Stellantis &You UK Croydon branch and had a great experience. The team were polite, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They even offered my mum a cup of tea while we were there, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel comfortable. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and managed to source the perfect vehicle for us. A special thank you to Chris & Rob for going above and beyond to help. 5 star service from Gary Foster Saw the car on line and made an appointment and Gary Foster delivered a complete 5 star service from start to Finnish, test drive was a pleasure as Gary talked me through everything and was never once pushy just completely honest all the way through from the initial meeting up to the sale. I would highly recommend Stellantis and especially Gary, Love my new car so thank you Gary
