I think it\u2019s important to share my experience here online because I don\u2019t want any other buyers getting scammed as you can see from other witnesses. If you are going to buy a car from this place please bring with you someone who knows cars very well or is a mechanic. I came to view a car and did a full inspection and the price the dealership put up compared to the car condition was very off. Had I not had experience of cars I would have been completely overcharged for a car like this. The rare panel had either been repainted or repaired but most likely repaired because the clips of the panel was coming out and as the summer is coming the metal expands causing you as the buyer to later on down the line having to fix. I get every dealership has to make money but overly charging people and not being fully transparent with cars doesn\u2019t give them a trusted reputation. I understand the company may reply back to this leaving me not to respond however for all the customers there who are looking to buy a car: Do not waste your hard earned money to buy a car here, buy it from a place who can be honest, transparent and can be reasonable with you. It is better to come home with a car stress free then to take a car home and having to later be stressed about it and being more financially invested into it.
Today I called this dealership to enquire about a car and the guy on the other side of the phone had a very rude dish attitude on the phone. I ask him a couple of questions and his answers like you can see it on the on the advertisement, you can see it on the Sales I ask if has a full service history said it said on the blah blah but overall I felt this guy his name is Abdul is not very helpful salesperson so I decided not to go to view a car which I want to view actually because I genuinely need to buy one for my daughter. Hansford, I\u2019m not going to buy anything from them and after looking at the behavioural and after Sales service issues on these reviews is better for me not to pursue this car.
