I bought van from the company through a finance company after selling my old van travelled an hour to get their, no introduction quickly give me the key and pointed its down their, checked round it all seamed ok so accepted the vehicle on after signing the paper work NO SERVICE HISTORY,ONE KEY AND AFTER 3 DAYS IT DECICES TO BLOW A FUEL PIPE OFF AND LEAKED EVREYWHERE and had the police out as it was a dangerous road on a bend narrow lane on a bend. they did fix that and paid for the fuel, then a month later had a health check done only to find the battery needed replacing and a problem with key and to be told theirs no warranty as i didn't purchase that my understanding should of been 3 months warranty as like any normal dealership but instead got a lemon of a van, all fixed at my cost . ill be more cautious next time.

Purchased a Mercedes b class back in January 2025 and arranged to pick up on 1st February. When we arrived car was filthy bit different to when we first viewed car, covered in what looked like seagull sh-- so had to wait while it was washed. In the meantime we were asked to walk a few hundred yards down the road to pick up some of the cars history which was missing. ( thought it was sold with full history as advertised.) Anyway got car home safely and did not use again until 1st April when our lease car was returned, when i started to use the car noticed the wipers were not clearing the windscreen so on checking them all the rubber was hanging off them and needed replacing, so contacted the dealer on 7thApril to let them know car was sold with new M.O.T and obviously everything was not checked properly during this M.O.T. Needless to say they have ignored our Email. A total lack of customer service and aftercare. William Tamlyn.

I bought a car in May 2023 for just under \xa36k with a PX of \xa31500 for my old car. I'm really pleased with it as we're now in Dec 2024 and hardly anything has gone wrong with it apart from basic wear and tear (touch wood) If you can do me another good deal like this then you've got my business. I dealt with Andy who seemed to be a nice fella.

Bought a car from Southwick Car Centre, it was a Jeep Renegade, had an issue with a small oil leak, Southwick car centre came and picked up the vehicle and fix the issue within 48 hours and then returned it with a full tank of fuel, I've had the vehicle now for 2 months and been fantastic.
