I came to Romans for help with selling my Aston Martin DB11. I usually only deal with main dealers, but I had heard good things, and after speaking with John, it was clear that he knew his stuff. Professional, knowledgeable, and above all, straight talking and honest, which I always appreciate. We agreed a Sale or Return arrangement and throughout the process his help and advice have been invaluable. A completely different level of service which is increasingly rare these days. Market conditions and issues with my finance company were challenging at times, but John's calm reassurance and his years of experience made all the difference. I cannot praise him enough. It has been a pleasure to do business with him and his company, and I would not hesitate to recommend Romans if you are buying or selling a prestige vehicle. Thank you John
It is so, so very rare these days to find a company and its staff who truly are dedicated to their profession and customers. The service level in all areas is 5 star plus. Nothing is to much trouble for them. I will use their services again and look forward to doing so. I recommend them unreservedly, for selling, purchasing and for the best advice. I bought my Ferrari 488 from Romans and was delighted with the entire process from start to finish. David was very accommodating from initial viewing through to collection and not at any point did I feel pressured into the purchase. I requested the car was serviced before the sale which was carried out promptly without question. Collection was arranged at my convenience and when I was a bit late due to traffic it was no issue at all. I\u2019ll definitely be back to David at Romans for my next purchase.
