had a great experience with Reynolds Motor Group, and a big part of that was thanks to Jess. From the moment I arrived, Jess was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was that Jess never made me feel pressured. Instead, he focused on making sure I found the right car for my needs and that I was completely comfortable with my decision. His knowledge and honest approach made a real difference. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Reynolds Motor Group, and if you get the chance, ask for Jess — you’ll be in good hands.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The customer service was unprofessional and, at times, downright rude. I felt brushed off when asking simple questions, and there was very little effort made to actually help or provide clear information. What made things worse was that some of the details I was given about a car turned out to be completely incorrect. When I checked the information myself, it was obvious that what I had been told wasn’t accurate at all, and had I gone ahead based on what they said, it could have ended up being a very costly mistake. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down. I expected honesty and basic respect, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend them to anyone.
Be sure to check the drive of the car, imagine picking up your car for it to have issues straight away. They took the car in for few weeks left me with nothing but paying for the monthly payments of car plus insurance. When I tried to cancel as they emailed the finance group to say I’m cancelling for no reason failing to mention they gave me a car that’s not road worthy lol , obviously I cancelled got my money back and advising everyone to not use them
This company has been straightforward and helpful to deal with. Alfie and Lee were friendly and also keen to do all they can to help. They offered a good deal and organised repairs and MOT as needed. Plus a battery check and even a spare key. I’m very happy with the car they’ve provided.
