I waited a while before writing this because I wanted to properly test the car and experience the customer service over time and honestly, I couldn\u2019t be happier. I bought my car back in October from Rangebrook Watling St, and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. The customer service was amazing, the paperwork was made so easy, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free.They were kind, patient and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. After just one phone call, they even stayed open later so I could get there and take time looking over the cars, which really showed how accommodating and customer- focused they are. I visited a number of dealerships before visiting Rangebrook but after just one visit I knew I\u2019d found the right place. The same day, the car was paid for, signed for, and secured, the whole process was that smooth and straightforward. I absolutely love my car, but what would make me go back again is how well they treated me throughout the whole experience. If any of my friends, family, or anyone looking for their next car would like recommendations, I\u2019d happily tell you to give them a visit. I\u2019ll definitely be returning when it\u2019s time for my next car.
Went on tha off chance to this garage miles away from my home in Cornwall made a phone call first which got picked up by Isaac polite and well informed on the questions I asked including details of how to find them as wasn\u2019t from the area. Apon entering the dealership was greeted by Isaac the guy from the phone conversation well spoken polite etc the garage is bigger then you think tbh the cars well presented but I knew what I went up there for. Isaac showed me round the car in question with complete confidence on what he was showing me and answered some of the stilly questions I had about the car along with all the technical ones test drove was smooth not miles but enough to get the feel Of the car seeing as was out of the area as stated before so want lost and at ease with the drive. Wondered round the car on return and nice to be left to think on what o was about to buy without as some a pushy feel which was nice no pressure sales the whole thing on buying and also down to delivery all they way to Cornwall was a relaxed feeling felt like was buying the car from a dear friend very informative and gave me time every step of the way to think on what I was about to buy even down to the car of a different paint work tot which o thank them for also. This company and personal have been easy going and informative from the get go . Long may it continue with the extra warranty of ever I should need it on the future let\u2019s hope not. This company and sales team especially Isaac has been a pleasure to deal with would recommend them ten out of ten and even theou the car delivery was some almost 300 miles the car was in near mint condition thank you
I recently purchased a VW ID 5 from Rangebrook and had a great experience Mark was knowledgeable and never pressured me I also felt that I got a good price the car was exactly as described the valeting was to a high standard and the car was ready when it should have been. A fantastic buying experience from start to finish. My first 2nd hand purchase in over 15 yrs & both Mark and Rangebrook, come highly recommended. The quality of cars & customer service is excellent. If you have not already been. I suggest you make contact with Mark & the team.
