Well, I picked up a car that was filthy, so I had it washed the following day. To reveal the true mess off paintwork that there inadequate bodyshop must of did. Now I've complained to them an they want me to do a 4hr round trip x2 for them to repair there work.. umm I dont think so. So make sure the car your buying is of good standard paintwork. Obviously cowboys. All I want was for them to authorise my body shop to repair the paintwork.. so dont buy from here.

PLEASE AVOID THEM!!! The most useless dealership I have ever worked with. They only care about money, and that’s it! For more information, please read below ⬇️ Three months ago, I purchased a great-looking vehicle (based only on online photos). When we went to view the car in person, it was scratched around the bonnet with many chip marks. Eventually, we brought the car home. That is when all the faults started appearing: * Passenger-side seat heating did not work * Rear window heating did not work * A strange noise from the engine that kept getting louder We managed to book the car in for inspection. It was supposed to be there for four days, but instead it stayed for nearly four weeks. During the inspection, the engine was removed from the chassis. The engineer’s comment was that the timing chain needed to be repaired. Due to impatience and incorrect emails from customer service, I went in person to find out what was happening with the car. I was then informed that the timing belt had been replaced and that the car would be ready for collection soon, as they were waiting for a part (a pulley), which they claimed was causing another noise. I was unhappy to discover that the car had been driven over 400 miles by Quality Part X Dunstable just to “check if it was good to go.” In reality, they did almost nothing compared to what they later claimed in their messages. The timing chain was never repaired. Only a pulley was changed, yet the car was kept for four weeks. What’s more, the car was returned with even bigger problems: gearbox issues, no air conditioning, and a much louder knocking sound from the engine. I returned the car to the dealership because I had no confidence in the quality of the work carried out. The employees at this facility are not well qualified. They should have provided full information about what would happen after returning the car, such as handling the V5 paperwork. On the day of returning the car, we were not given any information about how the V5 change of ownership process works, so I completed it myself via the Gov UK website. Because of this, they kept \xa3500 from my deposit to cover their own mistakes. The situation is still ongoing, and we are trying to get our money back at all costs. I want to warn others who value their time to avoid this dealership. If you buy a car from them and it ever needs to be transported back, leave a GPS or tracking device in it. The tow truck is only used for pickup, and once out of sight, they unload the car and drive it on its own wheels. They are very nice when you want to buy a car and will even bring you coffee. However, when you want to return the car or report problems, you are no longer of interest to them. We had an appointment at 11 a.m. on Sunday, yet someone only came to see us at 1 p.m. I believe this review says enough, and I hope many people will think twice before using Quality Part X.

1 month update, after inspection with a garage, the dealer hid a lot of big issues from me on the day. Currently dealing with customer care ----- Great experience with Wasi, knowledgeable and helpful with car history, techincal questions and rectify some minor issues. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a car from this place... Firstly the pictures online was not of the vehicle I purchased Secondly the car became mouldy and damp within the first few weeks, when I took the car back I asked a few questions about the state of the vehicle my questions were not answered. I even asked if they could just take the car back and I was told no. 3 months down the line im still having the same issue which clearly was not fixed when I took the car back in the beginning I would not go back to this place and i most definitely would not advise anyone to shop here, they was not professional at all.

VERY dissatisfied with this dealership and highly recommend continuing to shop around for your next car! My wife purchased a car from this dealership 3 weeks ago, and despite feeling a little pushed into a quick sale, for the first week we were happy with the car we got. However, that's all the honeymoon phase lasted. We were not supplied with a spare key and none of the wheels had dust caps on the valves (thankfully I had spares and replaced them myself, so not a major issue, but why on earth were they missing in the first place?). When we raised this to the dealership, the response we received was along the lines of "if it's not listed in the advert, it doesn't have it" and "you did buy a 2nd-hand car" - not exactly the "quality" response we would have expected. After 1 week, we also started noticing a bad smell inside the car (comparable to off milk). We thoroughly cleaned all the carpeting inside the car, just in case something had been spilled and not cleaned properly, but this only temporarily removed the smell. After another week - and after a family member suggested it could be the air filter - we took the car to a Kwik Fit garage to have it checked, and this was where the numerous other little defects were noticed: - Firstly, it was evident that someone had accessed the panel under the glove box (where the air filter is located) and broken one of the clips that helped to secure it, but they covered this up by using MASKING TAPE! - Secondly, the air filter itself was unbelievably filthy. The Kwik Fit mechanic expressed that it had clearly not been checked, cleaned or replaced in a long time. He had to replace the air filter with a brand new one, and debug the car to make doubly sure the system was clean (we do not know for sure if this was the source of the bad smell - time will tell). - Thirdly, one of the wheel bolts for the front driver-side wheel was missing, but was subsequently found inside the glove box (why..?) which the mechanic reattached. - And lastly, the secure clips for the underside of the rear passenger seats were BOTH broken, making the entire seat base lift and not secure. We have had to order spares to replace them ourselves. It's apparent that this dealership uses a team of people that will skip their responsibilities in quality checks and after care, all to simply fast-track a sale. The car we bought was advertised as ready to drive off the forecourt, but honestly it was anything but. We will not be doing business with this dealership in future, and do not recommend them for anyone else. If you're looking to purchase a second hand car, we suggest you continue to shop around!

Really helpful honest and felt like they had my back. Jabeer is a really friendly, caring and personable representative. Travelled quite a distance (near Manchester to Dunstable) but the great service was worth it
