Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I appreciated the no nonsense approach and no hard sell of a car or any of the products on offer. Paul was brilliant, he put me at ease and took time to explain things I wasn't sure about. ...and the mocha from their coffee machine is lovely too :)
My experience at Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot could have been better because the car interior was not deep cleaned so there was dust/dirt all over the car. When I mentioned this to your dealership they offered me a full valet I was told to go to a local dealership (I live in Birmingham) on specific dates. When I turned up the dealership had no idea I was turning up and told me the appointment should have been arranged properly and that they. I was serviced by a trainee dealership who was absolutely lovely but clearly has ruined my experience with buying my first car. I was also told they’d fix a hole that was in the car door rubber seal. When I picked it up it wasn’t fixed and was told that they haven’t actually ordered the parts for it yet. Another disappointment. Overall, I definitely won’t be coming back to the dealership or recommending the dealership to any of my friends/family. The experience was shocking to say the least and to sell a dirty car to a new customer is horrible.
