I'd definitely recommend Perrys Mansfield Ford to friends and family because the service I received was excellent from start to finish.It was my second trip to the dealer in a couple of weeks and found my purchase with the help from the sales team. I advised what I was looking for and the sales man James picked out a couple of cars they had in that may be suitable. The Sales team were very helpful in answering my questions as it was my first hybrid car. I collected my car on the Friday night and noticed the trim (seal) had come away from my windscreen.i returned my car to the service centre once booked in,the service centre advised the trim would need replacing and a new one was on order. I was informed when the part arrived and to pop it up to them and they would replace it when I can as it was only a quick job. The Service centre were very helpful and replaced with no problems within a couple of days. Excellent service
We saw an advertisement on Facebook and decided to have a day out as parry’s is a 2hr drive from were we live. We had no intention of buying a car on the day just to have a look at a few. We got a young lady called Tia who asked if we needed a hand we obviously said yes please she showed us round after asking what we wanted. Asked if we would like a test drive. I took a hybrid Kuga out and fell in love with it. I could have gone back to Warrington and bought one 1 mile from my house. But Tia’s knowledge and friendly approach. We decided she had worked and decided she should have the sale. We bought the hybrid Kuga. We had to travel back to Warrington 2hrs. And drive back down the following Saturday to complete the deal. This only happened because Tia impressed us both with her friendly attitude and her knowledge of her profession Thank you Tia
