My experience at Perrys Burnley Kia could have been better because the car was not well cleaned - it stunk of wet dog and had dog hairs throughout the vehicle. I confirmed the days prior to purchasing the vehicle that I would be travelling over 2 hours down to Perry's. I was advised the day prior to purchasing the vehicle that the car was being valeted as we spoke. I then turned up at the agreed time to find out that the car was only being valeted then - so I then had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I discovered damage on the vehicle. The sales person asked for the Sales Manager to have a look - to which they said they would normally have this sorted before picking the car up. I didn't feel this was the case as I made Perry's aware that I would be travelling over 2 hours to view the vehicle, and had every intention of purchasing the vehicle, days prior. I was offered a reduction in the price and was told "it would cost us less then the discount to fix the damage". I explained that Perry's would be using their own garage, staff and equipment to repair this damage - a luxury I did not have. I explained that I would need to send photos of the damage to a couple of garages local to myself and get estimates. Following this, I showed the sales person the quotes, and following a conversation with their Manager, I was advised the discount would not be increased. I again had to explain my situation, that I would be further out of pocket, having to pay to repair damage that should've been sorted before my arrival. We then agreed to 'meet in the middle' - something else I wasn't pleased about, basically meaning I had to pay an additional fee to repair pre-existing damage. The vehicle did drive lovely, and I have had no issues with it since purchasing it, and the sales person's customer service was good - other than the above. But overall, I would not recommend Perry's Burnley Kia.
The experience at Perrys Burnley Kia was good because we were well looked after by Lee Anslow throughout the purchase of our new Ceed. The car was immaculate on collection, and Lee took time to explain the various high tech functions. Would whole heartedly recommend the dealership and sales exec!
