I initially visited your Huddersfield branch to view a car but it was not quite the spec I wanted. I could tell that the dealership was a cut above and that it was a company I felt happy, comfortable and confident dealing with. Lucy was an absolute star. She made it clear from the outset that, without being pushy, that she wanted my business. I had a car in mind. I didn’t test drive the vehicle. I had test driven a different car in Huddersfield and the car I purchased was just a year old. We had the conversations over the phone. My visit to Blackburn was just to complete the purchase and drive the vehicle away. There was no negativity to my purchase. I was delighted with the excellent service received and the smoothness and stress free nature of the transaction. Lucy rang me as a follow up as she said she would a couple of days later which showed that the transaction didn’t finish the minute I had the keys. It is only due to the distance from your garage that I live and the convenience of the garage that I do use that I will not have the car serviced by you. It’s a beautiful car and I’m thrilled to bits with it. I would also say that Yvonne at the dealership was also absolutely fabulous - she made a beeline for my four legged friends and was a real trooper entertaining them. Thank you Peugeot Blackburn for a pleasurable experience. I’ll see you again, but not any time soon!
I would recommend Perrys Blackburn Peugeot overall, as the sales service I received was very good and the salesperson was excellent at his job. The process of purchasing the vehicle was handled professionally and efficiently. However, I do feel more time could have been given to explaining the finance agreement, along with the details of the extended warranty and wheel and alloy protection package that I purchased. It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of exactly what was covered and how the products worked. While the focus on the vehicle sale itself was very strong, I feel the overall experience could have been improved further by ensuring I was fully informed about all additional products and services associated with the purchase. I would also like to add that since purchasing the vehicle, I have contacted Perrys regarding a few issues I discovered afterwards. I received a call from a gentleman in the service team who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the issues I had raised and made me feel genuinely reassured throughout the conversation. Not only did he provide reassurance, but he also worked with me to put together a suitable plan to have the issues resolved in a timely and convenient manner. The level of customer service and professionalism he provided was excellent and greatly appreciated.
I'd suggest Perrys Blackburn Peugeot to a friend because of the fantastic sales lady (Lucy) and just her exceptional delivery of customer service and being so helpful and always with a huge smile, nothing was too much trouble and was kept updated all the way through to picking the car up. I drove an hour to Blackburn to check out a few cars I’d spotted online. Andrew arranged a test drive in an E‑3008, and it was brilliant to drive. I wasn’t quite ready to decide on the day, but when I went back a couple of weeks later, they offered me a car that was due in — and I bought it.
