Got a GTI Edition 45 from Paul. It was an online purchase with lots of communication pre sale and timely support post sales. Paul, the business owner himself, is very passionate about cars and careful with customer. He was very generous in deal price, and supportive to offer a free OEM camera which could be a deal breaker. After a recent car disaster, I went on the off chance to view a Honda Paul had for sale, unfortunately I wasn\u2019t quite feeling the Honda, however after explaining what I needed and wanted for my next car Paul knew exactly what I was after and told me to come back later that day when the car would be ready to view and test drive. Paul was honest, answered all our questions and doubts and gave us great advice! There was no pushiness, no pressure and was totally stress free, and to add\u2026 good banter! Test drive done, deal made, collected my car 2 days later after explaining to him I was in a bit of a hurry and home with a lovely new Touareg(which wasn\u2019t on my list of possible cars). Paul even went above and beyond to get his mechanic to check on extra parts of the car to give us peace of mind after what had happened to us with our previous car. Would highly recommend Paul and will definitely see him again.
First time buying from Paul Williamson garage and pleasantly surprised at the positive experience. The premises are excellent and there is none of the pressure sales I've experienced elsewhere. The cars I looked at were all well presented and I was able to look around them freely and test drive if required. The car I decided on was put through a service and MOT and any work that needed done was done and receipts provided.
