I've been going to Nortree for several years now & genuinely wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. They've always been incredibly helpful & friendly, but this year they really went above & beyond for me when I needed them most. When my car broke down on the M5, I called Nortree to give them a heads up & they were so caring & reassuring, telling me it was absolutely fine to have it towed straight to them. When I arrived I was pretty shaken up, and the team couldn't have been kinder-they even made me cups of tea which really meant the world to me in that moment. Even when I ended up unfortunately having to buy a new car, Ed & the team were so helpful in making sure I walked away with one I genuinely loved. And a special shout out to Dave, who always recognises me when I call & never seems to mind my frequent phone calls/endless questions! I honestly couldn't recommend Nortree highly enough :)
3 months ago i bought a lovely Ford Fiesta, from the moment i walked through the door, i knew i had come to the right place. Aarron the salesman was very polite, knowledgeable & professional. I was worried about the wet belt on it as i had herd they could be a problem if not serviced properly. Aarrin put my mind at rest & said they would put a new one on before i collected the car, along with a service & full mot. After a week or so i noticed a squeaking noises over speed bumps on the front suspension, i phoned Nortree up & Dave the service manager booked me in. They drove the car & couldn't really find where it was coming from. So after a short conversation between Dave & sales, they decided to put new shock absorbers & top mounts on it under warranty. What can i say,brilliant service. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car, to give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Despite all the reassurance we needed and question after question, you remained dedicated and committed to providing the same incredible level of service from start to finish. The car wasn\u2019t ready for purchase when we first went to view it, but upon delivery, everything we expected and were promised had been completed. Aaron kept us informed of any changes and was honest and transparent in managing our expectations. Aaron, you are an absolute asset to this family-run business. Cannot thank Aarron enough for all his help and guidance throughout the purchase of our new van for the business, made it super easy, answered any questions we had and sent over plenty of photos of videos, never easy buying a vehicle when you\u2019re over 500 miles away but Aarron described the vehicles condition exactly as it was, faultless. Visited this wonderful family run business to explore their range of Camper-vans and we could not be more pleased with the build of our very own Camper-van, Dan & Sam could not of been more helpful or professional they guided us from what was just a shell of a van to what is now a truly amazing home from home Camper-van, the specification is outstandingly 5*,we were kept up to speed every step of the way throughout the build in a WhatsApp group Dan created sending us photos from each stage of the build! we could not recommend their service enough, and feel completely confident that the aftercare they provide is money well spent we can not shout their praises enough, and cannot wait to take out our Tiger Moth Campervan on its first trip.
