Very poor customer service wasn’t interested are business when we found things wrong with the car. ( there were lots) and he clearly new nothing about the vehicle. He was then rude to my wife and very dismissive and unhelpful. Would stay well clear. 0-10 wast of time …

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my daughter’s car. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication with Nathan and Brad was excellent throughout the entire process — clear, prompt, and genuinely helpful. Nathan was knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered without any pressure. The car itself was exactly as described and presented in great condition, which really gave me confidence in my purchase. Was looking for a particular car and happened to find one @ NJ SOLUTIONS, From the word GO Nathan was just so helpful , his customer service was next to none, he answered all my questions quickly efficiently, Carried out all the things he said he would , Including MOT , and replaced the necessary. Collecting the car , no problems what so ever car was exactly as described and pictured, Exceeding my expectations completely! Nathan also ordered a brand new parcel shelf and had it sent to my address, He was/ is so responsive over text/ call Which made the whole sale a really relaxing comforting experience 100% recommend, Wouldn’t hesitate to use again ! Absolutely love my new car 🚗

I recently traded my previous mini countryman which i bought from them for another newer smaller mini and as before an excellent service with no pressure at all .we were undecided which way to petrol or diesel and test drove both again no pressure .well done lads .really happy or my wife is
