I purchased my car from Motor Match last week. Oscar was brilliant, his communication, rationalised approach and personable touch was really great. The car has a few minor issues I wanted to be fixed prior to purchasing was done so, even after the purchase when I noticed a chip in the windscreen it was fixed after the purchase. I did have to pay for the cars full amount prior to collecting a few days later which is something for customers to note, but as the company/business was trustworthy and transparent this did not feel too unfair. Overall, I was happy with my experience but mostly because Oscar took care of all the issues or worries I raised. I believe in most car sales rooms this would not have been addressed so promptly or professionally as it was in Motor Match. If I was to go through the process again I would return to Motor Match.
We dealt with Jabe from start to finish when visiting Motor Match on both visits. Jabe was very professional, down to earth and gave all the best advise when choosing our vehicle and finance option. We couldn’t fault him and even enjoyed a few giggles during the process. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for full in depth details, a great service and a smile. 10/10 for Jabe.
I could not be happier with the service offered by Motor Match Chester and would highly recommend dealing with them, in particular Shane Clarke who was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process of buying my new car, it was complete pleasure dealing with him from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Shane and Motor Match Chester to anyone who is looking to buy a new or second hand car, this coupled with the fact that I absolutely love my Tesla Model X, I couldn't be happier.
