Mercedes Benz Beaconsfield staff were good because they understood my situation, which meant that I had reserved the car not knowing the exact date of be purchasing the car. Once agreement had been made/date to pick the car up on they were great in showing me the basics of the controls. A week after collection the EML came on and I took it to my local mercedes dealership (I'm not from Beaconsfield) the other dealership were a bit unhelpful yet Vertu mercedes Beaconsfield were exceptionally helpful in getting it resolved (the EML turned out to be nothing other than a historical fault so the car was fine) big thanks so Sanmit Marta who was fantastic at every step.
