I purchased my ford fiesta from the dealer. The service was great. Very friendly, let me test drive a number of cars until I found the one which was right for me. There was no pressure at all which Is nice and not what I've found with other car dealers. Definitely recommend.
This place is responsible for their service. Unlike other places that just get ghosted after enquiry, they reply messages frequently at the online customer service and WhatsApp. They gave me a new MOT&service after I tested the vehicle and decided to buy the car. I had some problem on taxing the vehicle later on but Lostock helped me to solve the problem within 2 days. The entire car purchase process was efficient and smooth. Good follow up service!
Good communication which is always difficult as a distance sale. Friendly team. Got a few things fixed for me before the sale. There were a couple of small things I would have picked up on if I had the chance to see the car in person, that I'm sure they would have also rectified but difficult when you are 5 hours away.... All in all a decent price and service.
