We bought a lovely Audi A5 from Lonsdale Cars. Steve was kind enough to stay late on a Saturday for us. We have owned the car for a few weeks now, and are extremely happy with it. Steve (and Jo, I think?) were very personable, and the car was presented so much better than the others we had travelled to see. The car was bought to their beautiful offices in Basingstoke, and was a much nicer experience than we have been used to. Plus we share the same name - clearly meant to be! 5 Stars! *****

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. I bought my SL55 from Steve back in May. The car is fantastic and has been looked after throughout the years by its previous owners. Thank you Steve.

Purchased a BMW Grand Tourer through these guys back in March. Have no issues whatsoever, everything was great. I purchased through Zuto but the service provided at the garage was great. We went over the vehicle, got all the paperwork which was needed and was able to on the way pretty quick. Lonsdale also saved me a few quid, as I took a warranty with Zuto at the time of purchase but I was offered an RAC with those guys which seemed a lot better and was far cheaper, not that it’s been needed but better safe than sorry. All round very happy, will certainly be back when I need my next car.

Despite explaining I was not a local buyer and wanted to confirm details before a long trip, my questions were met with a rude and unhelpful attitude. The call was ended abruptly, which was a stark contrast to the positive reviews from other clients."

Visited yesterday. We were looking to straight sell our Evoque which had warning lights on. The owner explained very politely that he wasn't interested and why. He then went above and beyond. Looked over our car, gave us advice on how to replace a couple of parts much cheaper than we had been quoted. He even took photos and a video to see if he could help us sell it. We took his advice on trying a place nearby and sold the car (for more than we had hoped!) Within an hour. Unfortunately Lonsdale didn't have a car we wanted but in future he will definitely be my first call. Genuine, honest, lovely guy. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for all your time and advice yesterday!

What a little gem within the rural area of Whitchurch. Lonsdale Car Sales certainly know how to provide an excellent customer service, Steve listened to our requirements, was able to answer all our question was not pushy in anyway…truly interested in providing an excellent customer service….highly recommended

Viewed a gorgeous red Mini two weeks ago, Steve was very accommodating. He answered every question I had, and I asked a lot but he was happy to explain everything. Sadly the PCP company gave us both the wrong quote so I was unable to purchase but he was very understanding and tried his best to find the best deal for me.

Sold a car to Lonsdale Cars today through The Motorway and Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Steve arrived on a date and time that suited me and made the whole process of selling the car very simple and swift. He paid me by transfer there and then and was very fair throughout the proceedings.
