I recently sold my car via Motorway to this dealer and i wanted to add a review to express how professional and friendly they were. Yes i needed to review the cost for legitimate reasons and in fairness i thought Steve was really good about it, honest and reasonable in his approach. Robert who come to collect the car, lovely guy and you can tell they have been in the trade for many years, i would personally not have an issue purchasing a car from this dealer.
I come across Lonsdale Cars on Autotrader. I went to view a car they had for sale. I was well impressed. All down to service history owners and attention to detail. The car was absolutely immaculate as described on the phone Steve and Joe excellent service Definitely would recommend thank you
Really great buying experience with Lonsdale Cars from the initial phone conversation with Steve, and then viewing the car which was exactly as described. No hard sell or pushy salesmen just honest and helpful advice. We had a small issue with the car in that a piece of body trim was missing but not noticed until we had got the car home, however I phoned Steve the next day and he couldn't have been more helpful, he reimbursed me for the cost of the trim immediately Many thanks to Steve, would not hesitate to purchase a car from Lonsdale in the future.
We bought a lovely Audi A5 from Lonsdale Cars. Steve was kind enough to stay late on a Saturday for us. We have owned the car for a few weeks now, and are extremely happy with it. Steve (and Jo, I think?) were very personable, and the car was presented so much better than the others we had travelled to see. The car was bought to their beautiful offices in Basingstoke, and was a much nicer experience than we have been used to. Plus we share the same name - clearly meant to be! 5 Stars! *****
Purchased a BMW Grand Tourer through these guys back in March. Have no issues whatsoever, everything was great. I purchased through Zuto but the service provided at the garage was great. We went over the vehicle, got all the paperwork which was needed and was able to on the way pretty quick. Lonsdale also saved me a few quid, as I took a warranty with Zuto at the time of purchase but I was offered an RAC with those guys which seemed a lot better and was far cheaper, not that it\u2019s been needed but better safe than sorry. All round very happy, will certainly be back when I need my next car.
